There are several palettes, distinguishable by a unique colour, that each serve a different function. This session will focus on the Green and Orange palettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The&nbsp;Green&nbsp;Palette<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/janettehughes.ca\/lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Screen-Shot-2016-10-26-at-8.48.49-PM.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/janettehughes.ca\/lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Screen-Shot-2016-10-26-at-8.48.49-PM-300x135.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-10-26 at 8.48.49 PM\" class=\"wp-image-354\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>These control the output of your robots\u2019 programs. They rotate motors, display text and images on the EV3 brick screen, play sounds, and light up the EV3 Brick Status Light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The&nbsp;Orange&nbsp;Palette<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/janettehughes.ca\/lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Screen-Shot-2016-10-26-at-8.47.53-PM.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/janettehughes.ca\/lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Screen-Shot-2016-10-26-at-8.47.53-PM-300x146.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-10-26 at 8.47.53 PM\" class=\"wp-image-353\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>These control the flow of the program.
